27th Annual Girls' High School Invitational Slo-Pitch Tournament

2025 Tournament Date

Slo-Pitch City is set in a wooded rural area in Dorchester, Ontario, just minutes off of Highway 401, just east of London. There's plenty of shade and shelter for players and spectators, and a restaurant and outside barbecue that will be serving light snack food. 

The Park itself has eight diamonds which allows us to schedule the Tournament so that teams have Thursday evening off, and will be finished mid-to-late afternoon on the Friday. Having the Tournament on the Thursday and Friday allows teams to compete even if their school has traditionally scheduled proms or spring formals for the Friday night - and also to not have to worry about having available players on a Saturday due to work or rep team commitments.

Accommodations

The Tournament will start no later than 11:00 am on the first day of play, and finish up by approximately 3:00 pm on the second and final day of competition.

All Ontario Secondary School slo-pitch teams are eligible. This Tournament is sanctioned by OFSAA and all teams must meet OFSAA Guidelines.

The emphasis of this Tournament is on fun and participation. Teams of all skill levels are welcome! We use a self-seeding format, so teams are placed in different divisions depending on their ability, and know they will be able to be competitive in their division. Teams are guaranteed three (3) scheduled games.

SPACES ARE LIMITED! On-line registration will open at 12:00 pm on March 20, 2025. Deadline for Entries is at 12:00 pm on May 8, 2025, or until the Tournament is full. For the convenience of our Members, we accept all Credit & Debit Visa & MasterCard, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, AmEx and Discover. 

All teams must be prepared to play at 10:00 am. A short Coaches meeting (tall ones are also welcome) will be held 45 minutes prior to a team’s first game. 

Each team will play two games on the Thursday. Games will continue on Friday morning and, depending on the number of teams, the play-offs should end around 3:00 pm. 

The Schedule will be provided no later than the Monday before the Tournament.

Please note that due to privacy laws and participating minors, you are not required to enter a complete an on-line Roster. Further information for roster submission requirements will be provided to all registered teams prior to the Tournament.

We're proud to offer girls high school teams the opportunity to compete in a slo-pitch tournament each May, at the beautiful 

The annual Girls' High School Invitational Slo-Pitch Tournament is OFSAA-sanctioned, and held each year on the Thursday and Friday following Victoria Day. High school teams from all over Ontario come to compete for Awards and bragging rights, proudly repping their School or District! 

This event has long been one of our most favourite, and we love being able to provide this level of competition to the young female athletes across our Province who absolutely embrace the opportunity for fun, camaraderie, and competitiveness.
