New 2024 Harmonized Play Slo-Pitch Playing Rules Now Available

April 17, 2024 - Play Slo-Pitch is excited to announce the release of the 2024 Harmonized Play Slo-Pitch Playing Rules, now accessible at playslopitch.com/pages/handbook-and-rulebook. These comprehensive playing rules have been established following the merger between Slo-Pitch Ontario and Ontario Region of Slo-Pitch National, aiming to standardize play at major events this season.
This update will be applicable at major tournaments such as the Super Series, Senior Circuit, Grand Slam, the Bill Miller CanAM Classic, and all Provincial Championships. While these rules set a new standard for top-level play, local leagues and tournament conveners retain the flexibility to amend rules to better suit their local events.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our officiating committees, whose diligent evaluation and commitment have been crucial in updating and finalizing these guidelines. Their volunteer efforts reflect a deep commitment to the sport and have been instrumental in achieving this harmonization.
